We are member of numerous MLS (multiple listing service). Every property is listed in the associated MLS.  Besides the MLS, every home will be listed and will appear on hundreds of websites including Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, Realtor.com and more. We also, send out thousands of email flyers and advertise to major social networking sites.   Our listings are viewed by thousands of buyers in the first 24-48 hours.  This is something other companies don't provide or charge the sellers.  We provide it free of cost to our sellers. 

Costs associates with selling your home varies.  However, some of the costs that almost every pays are as follow:

1-Real Estate Commission

2-Title and Escrow Fees

3-County Property Tax

4-City Transfer Tax (if applicable)

5-Mortgage Payoff Fees

6-Other state/govt fees

Some of the other fees will include repairs, staging, inspections etc.  We will give you a better estimate of the fees and total cost prior to listing your property.  We will make sure you understand the costs and fees associated with sale of your property.
